Job Description:

Applicants must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays. These positions are full-time; we are a seasonal business so the hours will increase and decrease in line with work flows.

Key Duties:

Transporting carcasses to refrigeration and freezing units
Processing meat carcasses in compliance with customer specifications
Properly extracting organs and glands from carcasses using correct knife techniques
Operating machinery for processing, packaging, and transferring carcasses
Packaging boneless meat and related products
Loading meat products onto transportation vehicles
Ensuring equipment and work areas are meticulously cleaned and sanitized

Service Delivery Manager

Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Location: Christchurch, New Zealand

Job Description:

The Service Delivery Manager role assists the IT Operations Manager in maintaining technology systems to meet the company’s operational and security standards. You will establish strong internal relationships, provide customer-focused support services, and ensure effective in-house support.

Qualifications & Experience:

Over 5 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager leading high-performing teams
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven track record in service delivery management, particularly with third-party partnerships
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to manage and optimize service level agreements
Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
Demonstrated conflict resolution skills

Key Duties:

Handle level 1 & level 2 incidents in collaboration with the service desk
Manage and oversee the ITIL-based ticketing system (Halo ISTM)
Collaborate with the business improvement team for project delivery and resource allocation
Communicate with the broader business during issue resolution
Supervise Support Specialists
Coordinate with the Engineering Team for joint project delivery
Manage relationships with Third-Party Partners
Ensure compliance with service level agreements
Resolve issues and implement system improvements

FRUIT PICK & PACK

Duty : 9 hours per day, Sunday off.
Salary : 27.10 – 32.94 NZD per hour.

Qualifications :

Atleast high school passed,
English speaking, reading & writing skills.

Duties & Responsibilities :
Identifying and selecting ripe kiwifruit for harvest.
Picking kiwifruit from vines and placing them into collection bins.
Sorting kiwifruit based on size, type, and ripeness.
Measuring and packing high-quality fruits into boxes for transportation.
Operating and maintaining equipment used for harvesting.
Cleaning the job site and ensuring a safe working environment.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST

Duty : 9 hours per day, Weekly off.

Salary : 29.10 – 33.94 NZD per hour.

Qualifications :

Age 23 – 50,

Ability to drive and maintain a large and Complex IT Network,

Technical understanding of Microsoft Azure and automation tools from Microsoft,

Knowledge of scripting languages,

Demonstratable knowledge of methods to implement secure systems integrations,

Experience with SQL Server Integration Services,

Ability to document systems using industry standard formats and methods,

Expertise in using Azure DevOps for Epics, Features and backlog management,

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

You will also work closely with the OT Technology Specialist to incorporate the SCADA and GIS systems and applications into your workflows.
